how exactly do you control the Galaxy Gear? do you need to run an app on the connected phone that uses some Samsung library to display stuff on it

@DanHulme Yupp, looks like that. The Gear makes no sense without a connected Samsung phone (it's a so-called "SmartWatch 1.0"). While the Omate (and Simvalley) are "SmartWatch 2.0", they are smart on their own (even come with a SIM slot).

@Izzy I know it needs a connected phone to work, but I'm curious to know the programmer's model

hey all

hello

Anyone can help me super user root application showing message Toast in few minutes again again
Any solution so that it should not show this.

you're going to have to be a bit more specific
what message does it show?

It shows that "XYZ application has been granted super user permission" like this
What you recommend to root the phone so that it won't show again again this message

you'll have to complain to the author of XYZ and get them to fix it
the message is shown every time the app starts a new root shell

12:36 PM
No XYZ application is not showing that. It's showing by the super root android application which root the device

yes, because the app in question is requesting a root shell all the time

Hmm

the app should start one root shell and just keep using it

But Can you be more specific how to start only one root shell and keep using that

you'll have to ask on Stack Overflow for that; programming questions are off-topic here

12:38 PM
hmm
Okay sure
Which application you recommend to root the phone?

whatever works for your phone

Okay
Thank you :)

most rooting methods let you choose between Superuser and SuperSU as the root manager once the phone is rooted

okay

@DanHulme Sorry, can't help you with that. As I've sorted it out from my "wish list", I didn't investigate any deeper.
