We have a us-open tag, used on only one question. This is really ambiguous, since there are a lot of tournaments in different sports named "US Open." (This was pointed out to me by a new user who made a suggested edit to the tag wiki.)

Now the average is on 1.6 questions per day, see the link here. I am not sure whether similar statistics from the past can be found somewhere, some of them are listed in this post. In any case, whenever I checked this during summer, it was above 2.

@MartinSleziak Also keep in mind the World Cup took place over the summer and inflated those stats....although the snapshots I had shared in that post regarding more activity hovered around 2.

I'm going to continue to stress more community involvement. We wanted subjective questions allowed in the past to improve our question count, but response to questions like this contradict that.

Moreover, answers that go above and beyond (FWIW) and not overboard are getting a bad rap.
Does it become a run out if other fileders do it or is it still a stumping if the batsman gets down the pitch and for some reasom the keeper doesnt collect it but lets say the slip fileder collects and breaks the stump
