@ConorO'Brien *existent

spelling is too hard for tired me

@ConorO'Brien holy what it has curl already

yup ^_^ easy because ruby has an http library

Is LIST_OF not being greedy or something?

@ConorO'Brien well everything has a http library >_>

11:03 PM
@Adám Of course, there are open source dialects of each (GNU/NGN and K-thing-I-don't-know-the-name-of-but-know-exists)

@Zacharý Don'f forget NARS.

@Adám Windows only, it's being a bit NARSicisistic.

@ConorO'Brien Thank you for that. I'll use one of those in the next Webinar.
@Zacharý Works with WINE.

@Adám I probably shouldn't be WINE-ing about it. (Time for me to stop. I have a feeling I'm teetering on the edge a bit here)
from modgrammar import *
from functools import *

#grammar_whitespace_mode = 'optional'

class NonZeroDigit(Grammar):
	grammar = reduce(lambda a,b:a|b, list(map(L,list("123456789"))))

class Digit(Grammar):
	grammar = reduce(lambda a,b:a|b, list(map(L,list("0123456789"))))

class PositiveInteger(Grammar):
	grammar = L("0") | (NonZeroDigit, ZERO_OR_MORE(Digit))

class Integer(Grammar):
	grammar = (OPTIONAL("-"), PositiveInteger)

class IntegerList(Grammar):
	grammar = LIST_OF(Integer, sep=";")

p = IntegerList.parser()
Any ideas what's wrong with that? It outputs None for some reason

Have you tested your other parsers?

11:27 PM
@Zacharý Try doing parse_string. parse_text returns None because there could be more data after the data you provided; it doesn't know that you hit EOF.
You could also do p.parse_text("0;1;2;3", eof = True)

Thank you!

@Adám :D np
@ASCII-only that's true
@Zacharý you could do Digit = 0 | NonZeroDigit maybe? just saying

@ConorO'Brien I was only looking for the error, this isn't anything serious. As of now it's just me getting to know modgrammar

ah ok

Bitshifts are between addition and multiplication.
oh my, that's just terrible

anyone here good with stuff like moods in games?

you mean moods or mods?

moods
like overall feeling

hm. not sure what you mean by moods in games in that case
though if it's about game mechanics I probably don't know much then. sorry

not mechanics

11:42 PM
lighting is key

story mood
@ConorO'Brien gray scale b/c main char is color blind
and top down so doesn't matter really

oh you meant in that way lol

yah

that's not what color blind usually is but ok

:|
lighting won't be a factor

11:43 PM
ye
are you talking about narrative or just elements/graphics

narrative

it's hard to answer the question generally but subtle phraseology is really powerful. good narrative flows a lot like simple poetry (free verse, of course), and each word should have a purpose

@ConorO'Brien Achromatopsia ... dang. One rare person.

TIL the name

I literally just watched a video on it yesterday.
(Colorblindness types)
Why not do very severe achromatomaly (reduced color vision, but not total grayscale)?It'd make the color blindness even more rare than it already is, and it'd probably make it look more of a dreary mood (if you want it) than just grayscale. Pure grayscale might make it look like an old movie or something,

11:49 PM
@Zacharý He's too lazy to do color

Is it actually the case that he's too lazy to do color>

kidna yeah
mostly i suck at color
@ASCII-only imma do Zachary's idea
just do kinda color
and put a gray mask over it
