It seems like everybody is rockin and reppin the League on this weeks Summoner Showcase! Take a look at these amazing creations brought to you by...
The character Kennen really agreed with me in League of Legends. Now that I'm starting to play DOTA2, are there any equivalents? There are a lot of heroes/champions in both games and I (not through lazyness) generally aren't able to commit long periods of time to the game to try them all out.
Enchanted swords can receive two levels of Knockback while bows can receive two levels of Punch. How far do these enchantments knock the enemy back and how does it compare to the knockback from normally hitting and/or sprinting?
@Blem It's not really a remake. I read Battle Royale (the novel and the manga) long before I read Hunger Games and was also skeptical about HG. The core notion is the same, but there's a lot more politics and stuff in HG.
I do like BR better, because I think you get to know the other characters more, but HG is also intended to be a kid's book and as such, is not nearly as deep.
Yeah, I've got morg. I don't play at all like a support. If my buddy is getting nailed, he might get a shield. Depends on whether it's going to affect my blowing stuff up or not. LOL
@FAE im curious, are you a girl or a guy. In the cooking chat, it wasn't until after a good 2 weeks of talking to someone did i realize the person was male rather than female.
@Tristan Yeah, I'd rather play someone else. The couple of times it happened was in 5v5 blind pick and no one communicated. 2 guys go bot, 2 go top (cause they're buds or something) and I'm like... uh... ok... I guess I'll go mid.
@Brandon He's a lot of fun. His E is a passive that increases damage at a cost to his health, but when he gets a kill with it, it increases his HP. And a lot of his abilities scale off of his HP, like Ryze scaling off of his mana.
My question is quite simple. Can the best performance on League of Legends be achieved through mouse and keyboard, or would a peripheral like Nostromo be the key to excel on the micro and macro control of the gaming course?
What are the key differences in Valve's Defense of the Ancients 2 compared to League of Legends? Primarily, outside of changes in heroes, items and terrain, what makes DOTA 2 a unique experience?
