Does the syntax highlighting in this question: mathematica.stackexchange.com/q/72341/5 look funny to others as well? I don't see the standard coloring used on our site... This is what I see:

Would it be an impossible task to program a list of coordinates for integer sided acute triangles with largest side n? n=1,2,3,4,5,...

I have found that the number of such triangles is counted indirectly by Gauss Circle Problem.

…and, the fun's over. It was great while it lasted. :) I didn't realize how much I missed using Mathematica.

Wow, those hours spent paid off; I rep-capped today. :P

Today is a frustrating day... Do you know when you just get beaten by all the inconsistences and bugs from Grid, and its workings with Item, Pane, etc? Couldn't WR build a new Grid function mixing up everything they have build up through the years? Not being able to fix a maximum height without resorting to extra functions, etc, is just the proof that a cleaned sum o functionalities is in order. Why do we have ImageSizeAction for Pane, and not an ItemSizeAction for Grid?

@Guesswhoitis. Seeing that nobody is answering ya :D

The Row without option, but the Column with options... Did a to-do list got lost? I know that I don't need it, because I always have Grid, but everything seems like it was added to correct or add behaviour, but without wanting to touch old code. Just add a new structure that allows for what you want, when used in conjunction with what is existing, but not doing what you want...
I know... this was a frustrating day...
By the way, who's going to Frankfurt in two weeks? @Kuba ? @RolfMertig ?

And, still related to Grip and family, all the stuff with the Spacings, Margins, etc, that all make a lot of sense, but somehow, in real cases we always get into cases where there's one pixel too much, or a Magnification specification in the way.
Not Grip... Grid!

@P.Fonseca Yes, we both go.

@RolfMertig @Kuba Good! So I'll meet you there :-)

@P.Fonseca Kuba can tell you all about Grid ... I had good experiences with Pane inside Grid. Kind of eases the pain.
What do people think: Is it really unsafe to do SetOptions[$FrontEnd, NotebookSecurityOptions ->
{"TrustByDefault" -> True, "UntrustedPath" -> {}}] ?
I mean, who really gets motivated to look a the source code of a notebook when seeing "Enable Dynamics" ?
The background of my inquiry (not really worth a question on the main site I think) is that for keyboard shortcuts to be useful, a more trusting setting (like the one above) does make sense (since otherwise all actions using KernelExecute[] are bound to trigger "Enable Dynamics?" when used on a notebook which is not in a "trusted" folder ...
My suspicion is that "Enable Dynamics" is really only there because WRI does not want reddit or whomever to come up with potentially dangerous notebooks which do bad things by default. So in some send I understand it and it is probably right; however it is still just usually plain annoying, especially if you trust your own notebooks and those of your friends/customers/students/whatever.

@TheToad Yes, on account of the ', but as you say other posts are highlighted properly.

@RolfMertig Thank you.
@Kuba, at the end, does Grid really do what it promises, and its just me (or us) who don't get it? Or are there really too many exceptions needing redesign? Do you know if someone has tried to build a modernized Grid, based on Grid and Pane?

10:44 PM
@RolfMertig If it touches third parties, yes, it is really a concern. Not that I think that someone would target them with a malware based on the Wolfram Language. But because some big companies (and from what I understand, most likely including your clients), have group policies on information security. These do make sense on particular cases. But if I don't think that someone would attack through Mathematica, why care?
Because you don't want to be the scapegoat of a misfortunate un-explainable lost of information. Hopefully, WR will come out with a more practical DRM managing system in the near future. I actually placed a nice comment/question about that functionality, on the latest Christopher W. post, that didn't pass the censorship (which I'm hopping that it means that it is a future feature). It's a good question for the conference (beside the overhauling of the Grid function(s)...)
