@JoeTaxpayer We have a veritable flood of questions from just one user who is nitpicking everything that Wikipedia and Investopedia say about investments to death. Maybe there are older questions of this type that can be added to the FAQ so that we can close the recent ones as duplicates?

Yes, I just saw Tim's series of questions. money.stackexchange.com/questions/74871/meaning-of-reinvestment is pretty pointless. I just voted that one down, and would hope is voted to close as "too broad." I'm not a fan of investopedia, nor this style of question - "I read this - is it right?"
