@Batman From bicycles.stackexchange.com/questions/43456/… I'd rather deal with an angry moose any day over traffic, and the possibility of being doored. I've been hit twice here. I assume in a "real city" I'd already be dead.
@Móż Buy a new car is a perfectly acceptable given the framework salesman was confined too. He probably can't sell the stereo/electronics out of a newer vehicle separately, and certainly can't recommend the customer go to an aftermarket shop elsewhere to just upgrade the stereo/etc.
I've also had fun with various noises and fireworks during long races once I start to get loopy. So they are good for that as well. I came into a checkpoint late at night one time to be thoroughly question by the staff. "Did you see hunters out there? Someone was shooting at something!"
I had stopped about 1/4 mile from the checkpoint and set off a roman candle just to celebrate not dying on a particularly hairy and long descent.
@andy256 I prefer waterfall for my team activities. The relaxing sound of deadlines wafting gently by, the constant trickling noise of team members leaving, the burbling noise of the boss in the corner trying to make sense of Gantt charts... it's all very peaceful.
