The off-topic reason is quite wrong here and should definitely not point to Super User. SU, by help center definition, is not about programming or software development. OS design is very much software development. Programmers might be a closer alternative (software architecture and design), but this is perhaps still too broad as-is. — sendaran 42 secs ago

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it is not a programming question. You're looking for Electrical Engineering instead. Because board have made something possible does not make an off-topic question magically acceptable here. Computers have made programming possible, but it's still off-topic to ask a computer support or purchase recommendation question here.
