Search engine only looks in the posts, not in comments. But Fundamental is right, we shouldn't forgot the comments. (But posts can be edited by regular users, so this isdoable without any intervention by mods and/or SE team.)

The post What is the site etiquette about (i) asking and (ii) answering questions in a language other than English? is tagged faq. I think a FAQ should offer the canonical, mod-approved answer to a frequently asked question, not 10 contradictory opinions.

Suggestion: move the FAQ tag to Asking questions in a language other than English which has one answer.

@dustin do you mean appropriate like in: "it is fine behavior" or like in "it will not result in any action being taken against it"?

@dustin In the first sense mentioned by quid, definitely inappropriate. In the second sense, depends on what actually is done (and detected).
