Problem is that if you review a post but don't clear it out of the queue (e.g. because more close votes are needed), it is subtracted from your personal queue counter.
When I'm on my phone I can't effectively answer messages because A) I'm all thumbs and B) there is no Ubuntu on my phone. So I put a star on the message hoping to come back to it later only I don't know how to search for star messages when I'm back on my laptop.

well, AV usually use signatures as a detection method, so if you wrote it from scratch it's probably not going have a signature in the AV database @AndroidDev
@ByteCommander true, I don't know much about AV, but they probably go beyond checking for code signatures, but the fact he coded it from scratch makes it at least less likely to get detected
what is the security policy on sudo? Does it have a standard PATH (the basic /bin /usr/(s)bin paths) or does it selectively ignore some paths on PATH? I noticed you can't run scripts as root on your ~/bin dir, unless you explicitly give the path
