@masi I'm often not so sure what you're asking, but on this question were you trying to ask the question of what effect the development of antibiodic resistance in human gut flora has on homeostasis? And perhaps if that could be considered an epigenetic trait? That would be a nice question if that's what you're going for (but not clear at all to me).
