I find it interesting that I'm so tolerant to things the majority of people dislike. I should probably not advocate much as good since I am continuously the exception instead of the norm
and...since there are legitimate legal issues with having your personal information disseminated, those websites probably were responding to legitimate legal pressure
@IcyDefiance basically you believe that a single unimportant indie dev can make numerous of the largest "dont give a shit" message boards go on their knees and do their bidding
icy, here's what i want to say...blaming zoey or her boyfriend is ludicrous. the internet hate machine attacked both sides, but you believe that she's responsible.
@RoyT. she's an SJW with a huge following. and like I said, 4chan recently got new mods that were already censoring sexist or otherwise offensive things. there was a massive exodus to 8chan and masterchan because of it.
fuck that, I'm pissed. asshole accuses me of hating feminists and thinking people deserve death threats just because he wants to distract from the whole issue of zoe being a fucking terrible person, and then repeats those accusations over and over even though I discredit them every fucking time.
you can't stop the death threats. those happen to anyone who gets internet famous, even if they did nothing wrong. Unidan was one of the most loved people on reddit and all he did was cheerfully post biology related information and he still got regular death threats.
we're not on a website big enough for them to worry about and there aren't any mods online anyway. but at this point, if a mod was online, he'd probably shut down the conversation just because his opinion has been so heavily influenced by the shit journalists who are desperately trying to defend their corruption. just like yours has been.
i apologize for making you angry about it, i phrased things badly early on and you couldn't be blamed for takign them personally. that wasn't my intent
she also filed copyright claims against anyone on youtube who didn't like her game, even though they were well within the fair use act: i.imgur.com/X83HEtL.png
depends, are you going to accuse me of being anti-feminist or thinking people deserve death threats again? or are you going to say I'm wrong because of your own misunderstanding of how reddit and other websites actually work?
the first picture. that is a screenshot of two twitter accounts talking to each other about 4chan that was deleted from 4chan. proof of nothing. maybe a 4chan mod didn't like it. maybe it was deleted for some other reason (like the first rule of 4chan). maybe those twitter accounts were compromised or fake or both. the average lifespan of 4chan posts is measured in seconds. deleted 4chan posts are not evidence of a conspiracy.
that's the first link, will you be angry if i go on?
she claimed her tumblr was hacked and she was doxxed through that account, but parts of her story were impossible because of the way tumblr was worked and the info in the dox was fake (and her password was never posted anywhere even though a large number of 4chan users were supposed to be using her account at once)
but she never claimed her twitter account was hacked
@RoyT. again, 4chan recently got new mods that were already deleting sexist and otherwise offensive things. 4chan's new mods were already known to be the kind of person that would like zoe. there was a massive planned exodus to 8chan and masterchan because of it, well before zoe even became a thing. 4chan is dead.
second picture: deleted comments on a thread about a video about feminism. That happens all the time, because the first 50 comments on any video like that are hateful garbage. the first 10000 are on youtube itself. deleting them is the appropriate action for any respectable public forum. not evidence of a conspiracy
third picture: a thread about...something. can't say, because it's empty. but i have a feeling i know what kind of posts were being put in there, and by whom (4channers). again, reddit is perfectly within their rights to delete garbage as they see fit, which is also the appropriate reaction to threads full of hateful garbage. not evidence of a conspiracy
@SethBattin "because the first 50 comments on any video like that are hateful garbage" - bullshit, I've already said several times the comments were nothing like that. in fact on reddit any comments like that get downvoted to hell anyway, so there's really no reason to delete them. and even if they didn't get downvoted AND it was justifiable to delete them, they don't normally get deleted so obviously there's another reason for them being deleted.
