The reason I supported Literature was that it's no competition to the sites I love. But when it turns into "literature and the good questions about movies" then I might be pissed. But as said, that's highly hypothetical and I doubt it will actually happen.

Q: Who did the stunt choreography for John Wick?

CLeeI adore the stunts in this movie and I want to know who the team was that put it together so I can watch other movies they've done.

@NapoleonWilson Awwww. Well, you do at least ;)

@steelersquirrel Of course! But I bet a few other people, too.

@NapoleonWilson Do you know what sounds good right now? A dirty martini and a hot tub. Ahhhhhhh... ;)
Or, a Valium and a coffee :P

@steelersquirrel Yeah! That'd be awesome, great idea!
I just drank me a caipirinha, but I'll do a dirty martini in your honours!
@steelersquirrel Or that.

12:14 AM
@NapoleonWilson Awwwww. What would I do without you? ;-*

@steelersquirrel Hehe, no problem, I can barely bear another drink. ;-) ;-*

@NapoleonWilson Oh, God. I'm not going to get you drunk am I? 0:)

@steelersquirrel Hehe, no. I can handle two drinks without effects, I'm a European.
Oh, apparently Night Manager is on actual TV. I should have watched it from the beginning and looked if has the same rescheduling issues as the Amazon Prime version in order to answer my question.

@NapoleonWilson Bummer. I wanted to get you all drunk so that I could take advantage of you uhm..."chat" with you longer ;)

I might top it off with a bloody mary, though. I still have all that celery laying around.
@steelersquirrel I see.

12:31 AM
@NapoleonWilson I'm sorry... I won't, then :'(

@steelersquirrel Awww, no, you totally can!

@NapoleonWilson YAY! Play! Play! Play! ;)

Oh, I just saw the famous 5-mimute fully nude love scene with Tom Hiddleston in The Night Manager. ;-P

WTF? Why didn't I see that? :'(
OMG! I'm always getting screwed!

12:52 AM
@steelersquirrel ... by Tom Hiddleston? :-P

@Randal'Thor <wishful thinking> :P
Oh, wait. Never mind. He's dead to me because of Taylor Swift ;)

@steelersquirrel Um, I was kidding, alluding to 3-second half-butt shot we got of him. ;-)

Jean Paul OlveraSome chapters of pink panthers cartoon have a background music with a kind of extended version of the classic pink panthers theme (minute 1:00 in the attached video), I would like to know if this song have a name and if exists in spotify or youtube as a complete song. ...

Q: need some help here

@MovieReel @Napoleon Just beat me to it.

1:09 AM
@NapoleonWilson Dammit! You enjoy doing this to me...admit it! ;)
@MovieReel Are you asking about a song? Sorry. Wrong site. You need to go to Literature :P

Hehe! And take the movie ID questions with you. ;-P

I frigging love the pink panther, though! He's awesome and so is his theme song! The pink panther is the epitome of cool!

@steelersquirrel Heh, yeah, I remember.

It's called "The Pink Panther theme ". Originally composed by Henri Mancini, I believe.

Right, from the actual movie, right?
He also did that one thing, which is totally spyy, too. That thing, from Blues Brothers. Argh, what's it called?
It's from some TV show.
Oh, Peter Gunn!
Wait, Mission: Impossible was from another guy, though.
...Ah, that was Lalo Shifrin.

1:20 AM
I don't know. He is or was a Steelers fan, though ;)

I just watched some stand up thing that she did called "Wishful drinking". She talks about her dysfunctional family and being bipolar and addicted to drugs and stuff...it's actually kinda raunchy. I was shocked! She loves to use the euphemism for "cat" a lot when referring to her Princess Leia sex doll ;)

And she talks about how George Lucas constantly told her not to wear a bra underneath her Princess Leia costume because there's no underwear in space ;)

1:28 AM
Star Wars freaks fans would love that, I'm sure ;)

Q: In which 1950s movie did a industrial factory process abducted humans?

Joe CoolI remember little about the film, but it had a lasting impression. It was B+W. I saw it on TV in the early '60s, therefore I think it was a 1950's movie. The scene I recall vividly: two guys enter the factory to investigate suspicious behavior regarding missing persons. Down in the basement, und...

Gheez, they're taking that movie thing actually serious over there. Imma gonna gte a heart attack. ;-)

Just leave the room, then!

No, it's not like it's offensive or anything. I'm not heavily agitated. It's just a little disturbing.

So...that's what you were doing when I was talking to you! Argh! ;-(

@steelersquirrel I totally listened to you, I wrote about 1 or 2 messages, that's all.
And now I'll make that bloody mary. ;-)

1:54 AM
@NapoleonWilson Seriously...finish your conversation over there before you call me back.

@steelersquirrel Awww, I'm sorry.

@NapoleonWilson Don't worry. I'm busy right now, anyways.
I have to go do my rounds.

@steelersquirrel Wut? Are you just saying that as retaliation now? Really, I was talking to you and running around the room nearly the entirety of the time. :'(

2:14 AM
@NapoleonWilson Retaliation? Huh? I honestly didn't know it was past 6pm. I have to go do my rounds...so, finish whatever it is that you were doing.

@steelersquirrel Oh, so your're back? I finished long ago and tried to call you, but you were gone. :'(
...and still are. :'(
I see.

2 hours later…
3:55 AM
@NapoleonWilson OMG!!! I forgot to tell you...I totally watched V for Vendetta when I got home last night!!! It was super awesome!

@steelersquirrel Oh, I saw. Well, it's an interesting movie, but I don't really hype it that much.
@steelersquirrel But I'm just over finishing my second question on Literature. And you won't ever guess what it's about.

@NapoleonWilson Oh, I thought that you liked it. Not as much as Ankit...but, still.
@NapoleonWilson OMG. Are you trying to get on Kim's good side? ;)

@steelersquirrel Well, I do like it. But yeah, not as much as he does.
@steelersquirrel Hehe!

@NapoleonWilson Well...I will have to show her this when I see her tonight ;)

Well, it's one of the two only things I ever read from Poe.

4:03 AM
Yeah...me too. That and Tell-Tale Heart.
By the time that I even show this to Kim, you will probably have a bazillion answers :(

@steelersquirrel Heh, exactly!

A J
@NapoleonWilson Did you take SO Developer Survey?

@AJ Yes.

A J
Results are out.
Some of it.

Oh, I have seen a few, mostly oriented towards the good old women-in-tech discussion.

4:12 AM
Anyways, Kim actually wrote a bazillion page analysis on how she thought that The Raven was actually Lenore haunting the narrator's thoughts...
I just haven't analyzed the thing in such detail.

@steelersquirrel Wut? That sounds awesome.
Seeing how Rand's answer is getting seriously kicked to the ground, maybe she can share her insights still. ;-)

@NapoleonWilson Yeah...she did it in college for her Master's thesis. It was actually published in some journal or something.

A J
Who is Kim?

@steelersquirrel Wut? Sounds like she would be just perfect to answer that!

@AJ My sister. She's a complete Poe freak ;)

4:15 AM
Now I have to seek her out! ;-)
Too bad I never asked you for her last name.

@NapoleonWilson I will show it to her. Can she even answer something over there on her account?

@steelersquirrel Well, she would have to make an account first.

@NapoleonWilson Okay. If I show this to her, she will be up all night doing it because she's an anal freak ;)

But Rand also improved his answer already.
You can still show it to her, though. Maybe she can contribute more to it.

I guarantee that Kim will have a better answer than anyone else...she lives and breathes Poe and she won't just throw an answer together. If she does do it, it will be well thought out.

4:20 AM
Woot! \o/

Q: Sherlock (The Final Problem)!

HmzawyAt the beginning of Sherlock's finally (The Final Problem) Mycroft Holmes was watching a classic movie. Could you please recognize it? What is the movie name called?

A J
There are really many problems in The Final Problem. ;-)

Yeah, but I guess some effin' film noir isn't actually one. ;-)

A J
:D

@steelersquirrel Now I'm totally excited. If she decides not to answer for whatever reasons, I'll be really disappointed.

4:27 AM
@NapoleonWilson Well, maybe I should refrain from talking to her tonight with my nephew, then ;)

@steelersquirrel Hehe!

:P
Don't worry. I've already threatened Rand with an upcoming answer from her ;)

No, you can tell her whenever you want. With Rand's rather good answer there, I doubt anyone would bother to write another answer anyway.

Now, I will have to threaten her ask her nicely to do it :P

Jitesh MeniyaWhen Tom Cruise sees birds on alien ship, he told to major. But how armor of alien ships removed that was not described properly?

7:14 AM
@steelersquirrel wow ur sister is coming back \o/
@steelersquirrel So how was Blood Wars

A J
I see people abandoning this room except Bob.

@MovieReel grrr....25 character limit
@AJ I respect him for being loyal spy
@Randal'Thor doesn't that contradict with the point of it being a private beta.
Wow, I missed a long bunch of conversation

A J
Too many problems in The Final Problem.

7:35 AM
@MovieReel wut?

@AnkitSharma not completely :)

7:50 AM
O.o

Hello. I was told that I need to answer a question about Edgar Allan Poe that my future brother in law asked! I am assuming that this is not the place to do so. Does anyone know where I need to go?

@Nevermore lol
Anyway how are you

I was told that you guys would point me in the right direction. This place is somewhat confusing for me.
I am good! I apologize. I forgot how to respond directly to messages.

use @ then name
@Nevermore can u access this link literature.stackexchange.com/…

Is my future brother in law here? I forgot what name he uses.

7:56 AM
not right now
Can u access that link, if yes then create account in same way you did here

I fear that I will get into trouble by calling him that! Aha! My sister isn't here yet. I should be safe for the time being!

lol
I think this one is the question : literature.stackexchange.com/questions/354/…

I assume that it is the question regarding Lenore.

Q: Of which film is this rapidly cut scene of drinking reminiscent?

uhohThe scene of bob taking his medicine in this slightly surreal promotional video at about 02:36 is reminding me of a film I've seen a while ago, but I just can't place it. There was traveling involved, and possibly Brad Pitt or Johny Depp in there somewhere. It's the rapid cutting of images, drink...

I was not following but I might have guessed right
@Nevermore the my link is right one

7:58 AM
I believe so!

Nevermore, Oregon, USA
1
Yeah I can see your account there

Is that the same person who I have spoken to in here? That doesn't look like him. He looks so young! My sister really is a cougar now!

Christian Rau and Napoleon Wilson are same person

Christian? My sister calls him "Chris" Now I understand!

She is not a cougar for sure
@Nevermore lol, all secrets are out now :D

8:03 AM
He already has multiple personalities? He has definitely been around her too long! Aha!

@NapoleonWilson @steelersquirrel you guys are missing something

A J
@AnkitSharma They'd not come until the dusk.

fair enough

I thought my sister was Steeler fan? She is a squirrel now? Oh, dear! How fitting!

I will also not going to come here if my sister join

A J
8:05 AM
@AnkitSharma lol

@Nevermore yes she is squirrel now

She won't be here for another hour. She had to go to her caree's house to take care of something and I am at my father's house awaiting her arrival. She spoke to me on the phone and "encouraged" me to answer this question. She is so bossy!

Didn't familiar with her bossy side

We all used to call her "Hammy" from Over the Hedge. A squirrel is extremely appropriate!
2

And it looks like you scarred Christian too ;D

8:10 AM
@AnkitSharma That's because you're not her sister! Ha!

@Nevermore fair point :D

A J
Seems Ankit's sister is bossy too. :P
5 mins ago, by Ankit Sharma
I will also not going to come here if my sister join

Oh, dear. I don't want to scar him. I just want to raz him a bit!

Even Satan get training from my sister.
@Nevermore sound fine to me

You have a weirdo sister also?
I am going to be in trouble for this. I just know it! I am really laughing to myself at all of this!

A J
8:15 AM
At least you guys have sisters, but I don't. :(

I apologize. I don't know how to enunciate in chat rooms. I do not frequent chat rooms or the internet much or that matter.
@AJ You can have mine!
There are two of you now!
I better go and answer this question. Thank you for your help! I hope that I remember how to do this. I may have to wait for help to arrive.

@Nevermore two
@Nevermore me too and I am even sitting in office

Perhaps I should wait until I have my laptop. I may have to wait until I get home.

@AJ brother?

A J
@AnkitSharma 2

8:22 AM
@AJ nice, I will love to have a brother, have none
@Nevermore k, as you wish
@Nevermore you are welcome

@AnkitSharma You are at an office? Are you at work?

A J
Just like me

@Nevermore yes, 1:52 PM here

Where do you live? If I am allowed to ask.

A J
It seems that Literature is gonna do good.
Only if it persists the same amount of activity as now.

8:31 AM
@Nevermore India
@AJ All beta show good activity during initial days

A J
That's why I applied if condition.

How interesting! Your country recently underwent a currency change of some sort recently, did it not?

A J
Yes it did.

@Nevermore yeah lots of drama. Now it's all fine

I heard on the news that it was quite the mess! I am glad that it is well now.

8:35 AM
They made old 500, 100 Rs invalid and got replacement as new 500 note and 2000 note. But replacement was purposely made short to promote digital currency and to spot black currency

A J
2000

ooops
corrected

It could be worse. You could live in the United States and have Trump as your President!

Or Brexit blunder :D

Yes. That as well!

8:39 AM
Anyway I don't have to deal with cash much, so I had near to negligible impact during that whole demonetization drama

Great!

A J
@AnkitSharma My father is a wholesale businessman, so whenever we get to deposit the cash in bank, people always send him ahead in the line.
So, no trouble at all.

@AJ good

I must answer this question. Thank you again for your help!

no worries, happy to help

8:43 AM
Christian is extremely well spoken. He seems too intellectual to be involved with my sister! Aha! I better leave before I get into trouble!
