Which may also explain why I can see no "(1)" after "synonyms" here either.

Agree with @Kin with your set of limitations your best bet is going to be SSIS. However I will say that A: the dev cost on this will not be cheap depending how many tables you have. B: You'll have to account for schema changes. C: It won't be real time. D: there will be load costs on both servers. — Zane 8 secs ago
