I added the obvious recursive solution to that 90-day question since no one else did.

@PaulWhite Nice.

I can't up-vote this as it stands because the code isn't runnable, or easily mind-parsable. Provide complete sample data and a script that demonstrates that it works, and I'll look again. — Paul White 4 hours ago
@PaulWhite You are too polite. The format in their code is just horrible I think.

Something about catching flies with honey vs vinegar perhaps.
I did try adapting the code to work with the question's sample data, but it identified every row as qualifying, which would be wrong. I didn't say anything or down-vote because I might have mistyped, or misunderstood how it was intended to be used.
Or the code could just be complete crap, who knows.

holy crap. forget about jurassic park --- i'm amped about starwars vii, now

@swasheck just watched the trailer
what's with the crossguard lightsaber?

bahahahahah. yeah. dumb twist. but i like abrams' realism. i like the "real props when possible" approach

@swasheck it does looks good though, I agree with the "look" of the trailer, not so "neat and clean" as the prequels

@Lamak the jagged edges on the lightsaber are a departure. almost like the tip of a flame. purists may get pissed
and ... is that benedict cumberbatch's voice? if so ... meh

@swasheck I liked it. Also the semi shakiness from the shot of the xwings over the water
but you are right, purists might get pissed

4:04 PM
@Lamak agreed. i liked it quite a bit. made me excited
But this lightsaber just looks ... unsafe.The Star Wars cross joint? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmdhmyw1hMs http://t.co/lfQ3oeTGuu

@swasheck I'm trying to figure out what use could that thing have

@Lamak generate excitement/conversation?

that's likely

ah, yeah, you export quite some weird things ;-)

@Lamak Any kid (like yours truly) who played lightsabers with sticks as a kid got to realize the need for a lightsaber cross guard to avoid "ha ha I just sliced off your hand". My question would be why don't all other lightsabers have crossguards. My guess when I was a kid is that when lightsabers clash, they're sticky and can't slide over eachother.
