@twosheds There's actually a case to be made for that where AH is concerned. If he'd won, I doubt he'd be viewed as quite the personification of evil he is now. It can be a good meme to make you stop and analyze your biases. However, I don't think the comment in question was really calling for more analysis on the subject, but rather less.
In other words, I was trying to point out that meta issues were the more interesting things to look at here, and the comment basically amounted to, "Shut up and take AH's words at face value." :-(
