@TildalWave I'm a bit disappointed with my lack of exposure to that series - or X-Files for that matter. Haven't seen the former at all, and only barely touched on the latter.

for those of you who missed it: they accused a guy of stealing their services, on twitter, without any evidence. then acted like a total brat when people complained.

@Polynomial Um...Wow. I've seen some corporate spokesfolks exhibit some lousy behaviour on Twitter before, but nothing quite like that.
