@sv. In any case, I agree with almost everything in Andy's answer, except for numbers 5 and 6. On number 5, I think the "not an answer" flag is applicable to a larger category of posts here than on Stackoverflow, and on number 6, as a conservative Hindu I'm extremely reluctant to see profanity, nudity, or other inappropriate content, but thankfully there hasn't been much of that on the site.
