Anybody know if there's a free viewer for Altium that can handle Altium 15 files?

I have a perhaps philosophical question about building firmware. When I generate my ELF file, should I collapse my input sections down to just .text, .data and .bss output sections, or should I have additional output sections, like vectors and stack?
