^ It's been quiet for some good stretch of time before and never got auto-deleted. Private chat-rooms get deleted but I'd say this one stays, as this is the "official" chatroom of Stackexchange Photography site.

@EsaPaulasto 2 or 3 months back, this chat room got automatically closed/deleted for being silent for a period of time (I think it was 14 days, IIRC).

rather, I guess it was frozen, per this: photo.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/5374/…
