@EuriPinhollow in general, it's ok to post a comment asking someone to talk about something in chat, but mods can also ping people even if they haven't been in chat for a bit

even brief clarification is ok in comments, though that level of clarification you are talking about probably is best in chat

the normal ping (@ username) will only work for someone who has recently been in chat (and I believe in that room specifically) for non-mods though, mostly so that it avoids being abused and causing excessive notifications to people
