I thought a group (cartel?) of those interested in getting a Q moved to where it belongs might agree which to pick on for a VTC blitz. I’ve had a look for a possible from recent (because after a while - a few months I think - migration is not possible) posts and stackoverflow.com/questions/21797621/… seems a candidate. One you have answered so know, but I see no "belongs on another site" votes for it.

But there are many entire tags on SO that seem to me to duplicate what Web Apps is for, eg the one for stackoverflow.com/questions/21791407/…
