Have a customer who's got a Lenovo server. 4 drives in a RAID10, one SSD, one standalone drive. The Lenovo utilities on his (Windows) install are reporting a drive failure, but won't tell him which one.
We connect to his machine, install the RAID management utility, etc. Alarm starts going off immediately, OK good. Then we fire up the management client.
It's a web interface. Rather than making a sensible GUI program, it installed fucking Apache *just* to serve up the interface. And the client only works in Internet Explorer. Except it doesn't work, it crashes.
