I just need an opinion on audio quality. My laptop could barely keep up when making this video. I tried to clean it up a little but think its still really really bad.
Debating on publishing it or starting over to see if I can get it better
When developing film you put the film, a can opener like thing, and this enclosed reel thing into a big sealed bag. It then has sleeves for your arms to go in and you transfer the film from the canister to the reel blind in the bag
Now if you're talking about processing from negative to paper, than ya that would be another issue entirely
@Luciano Please try not to force a style on other users when editing. I understand that questions are clearer and more to the point without any preamble, but please allow people to have their own styles and personalities :)
Getting rid of 'hi', and 'thanks' are great. If someone wants to explain what a project is for in a single paragraph, just let them. Lots of users even have to get used to the fact that their posts can be edited at all.
The accepted answer blip and the not accepted answer blip (vote accepted on and vote accepted off) have quite the same color. To many who are not visually accurate very much like myself, it becomes really confusing. In this question, I misclicked on the accepted answer to unaccept it thinking I d...
not really happy with the composition yet, but really happy with how I can move around my 'pencil' sketches when it turns out they are not properly positioned
not much. Gotta redo the video I finished the other night. Not happy with the audio quality from my built in mic so going to take my work mic home with me
But now I just decided I want to go on a big trip and need to try to save $200/mo for the next year to be able to afford it :\ basically laptop + macro lens + filter will be my focus and put off monitor and film cameras and smaller trips and such to try and make it happen
And ^ will happen unlike some things when I say I'm "considering". Nope, I made up my mind and this big trip is happening either next year or the following depending on budget and work. Hopefully I can save enough to go next year
Yeah I've seen Holland photos before. Not sure about France. I had no idea about South Africa though.
According to my friend its the most biodiverse flower fields in the world
If I could pick up enough freelance / tutorial ad revenue in time I'll stay for a few months. One of the few perks of being single at my age might as well take advantage of it haha
@johnp well they added the inside outside stroking its a offset
But again, had the engineering requirement (same as design biref essentially) Said counterclockwise side and clockwise side then we would be able to set strokes on sides of open paths.
@johnp i could but doing a offset is a bit nasty in terms of computation. There is however a write up on pomax github page so shouldn't be impossible to implement. Just that the javascipt API is really show for stuff like this.
I don't think that'll work just yet @johnp but once I have more subscribers and Instagram followers I will for sure do stuff like that
right now I'm thinking shirts to start with to give out to some friends that promise to actually wear it and then as soon as I hit 100 subscribers maybe do some sort of prize giveaway
I think once I publish the video I just made (but have to redo) it'll go a long ways. Its really that good of a video in terms of content so I'm willing to promote it a bit more than the others
Amazingly that peanut video got a lot more attention than I expected too
i dont mean to question a marketing expert but will the shirts idea promote the site much you think? or is it a specific set of people who'll wear them?
I think the shirts could be very helpful if done well and while it certainly helps if its worn by someone who's going to be around Designers and Photographers you never really know
Walking around a park or mall or college campus or something with a shirt that says, "Best Free Photoshop Tutorials" or something and the link then I could easily see two or three people checking it out
so that doesn't need to be a photographer, that could be anyone. If they get stopped and aren't really a photographer they can just say its their friends brand and talk me up anyways
at least since the audio was good I only have to process once. When audio is bad I end up having to process it twice - once to bring it into Audition and then again to combine back with the footage
The audio was TERRIBLE with my built in mic so all you could hear was the fan. To clean that up I have to bring it into Adobe Audition but Adobe Audition can't separate Quicktime Audio from Video. So I have to first use Media Encoder to switch Quicktime (.MOV) to .mp4
Then for these long videos I load them into Premier to drop my website link in the corner.
on my work videos I've got a great preset down. If the audio wasn't pretty good already at home I saved it to my Google Drive before I went home today to use
Just didn't bother so I wouldn't have to process this one an extra time
