@Cai well, he admits to having used 'some tool' to adjust his gamma. since we cannot (and probably never will) know what tool, the Q is all but useless

I like old campuses too but yeah FIU has a very modern architecture. It's pretty cool. As far as modern campuses go I'd put it up there with the best. University of Cincinnati and MIT are the only other modern architecture campuses that come to mind with better architecture. There could be more I'm not thinking of though

I'm working on a program that will require a lot of flat styled vectored images. I'm very comfortable with Photoshop but fall short in the artistic department. making vectors is usually a lot of manual labour, even if just editing a LiveTrace

That and the comment saying i made a loaded statement ..I made an assumption, what I said was what I meant, a loaded statement isn't just "a statement "loaded" with the opinion of the person writing it", that's every statement anyone ever writes. A loaded statement implies trying to influence or get a reaction, and as you said, with "inference beyond the literal meaning", what I said was what I meant

It wasn't even an important statement. If instead of editing it out, then commenting that it was loaded because i dont have stats, you had sai "I disagree with that", I would have just edited it to what I have now.

Anyway, it doesn't matter. No harm done, I wasn't going to say anything until I got that chat notification. I need to get back to work.

I apologized for editing and rolled it back. So not sure why that's still an issue. If you want to continue having a grudge, I can't stop you but there's really no more I can say on that second part. As far as the first part, I really took your comment to be, "What does a loaded statement mean?" So sorry for also misunderstanding your question

the documentation hurts my head at times.

I would think waiting for the page to load before running it would work

the only case it wouldn't is if the image loader is waiting for the page to load before loading the image

in that case I'd try to look for a callback for that image loader part

@ZachSaucier I have but Ive been unsuccessful. The only other solution I can think of is to create a button in the meta box that would need to be clicked after the image is loaded to make it fire.

Same, if i have a keyboard that does not have the characters [ and ] under no modifiers than its impossible for me press for example shift [ since my keyboard does [ by pressing alt gr [ which would be seen as alt [, or not at all by your keyboard manager.

I might have a reason for having mys system set up like this so its not easy to convince me to use a workaround, or reconfiguration. even if its not intentional i might be disinterested to change

Q: How to scann 500+ playing cards to png

holy cow we get 35k+ views a day.

The amazing part is of those 35k views our ads get roughly 15 clicks total on a given day

and thats why you should be very cautious buying a display ad lol

man we are under paid.. our site alone easily generates 130k a year.

@johnp I think there is a fine line. Like if you did that with the NFL they would likely come after you for trademark violation

yeah it's hard to know...though i have seen some illustrators doing work on music artists

i dont think their names were stated but it was obvious who they were supposed to look like

worst case scenario that a label tried to sue you for fan art of some musician - yet the work couldn't be seen as defamation in any way, surely it wouldnt be worth the price of suing in any case?

asked a similar question on the law stack before but i guess it's mainly american law that's applicable there based on the membership

@johnp ha, yes they do. I knew a sign guy that made custom signs for fans and he got a stop letter. There was a guy that built some cool corn hole boards I think actually did since he took down his site
