As the percentage of site visitors that come in "off the street" from Google or wherever grows, so does the number of absolutely rubbish attempts at answers we see on a daily basis. I think we're going to need some new FAQ/Meta content to help us deal with it.
Also we're going to need all our experienced community members to pitch in with comments and explanations helping people to come up to speed.

I was perhaps snarkier than I should have been last night.
I'm still not comfortable with that prison ministry idea, but I'm still unable to fully articulate why.
And as long as I'm not able to explain, even inside my own head, what's wrong with something, I probably shouldn't be criticising it.
Or, at least, I shouldn't be criticising it that strongly.
