Should we drop all-caps body reason? Its TP rate is 28%, and the actual spam/trolling it catches is also caught by other things.

Email in body is another outlier. My hope is that 2-factor "bad keyword with email" will make it obsolete, but I'm not sure this has happened yet.

For now, I'm reviewing spam in this category and extracting keywords for the 2-factor reasion.

"Blacklisted username" is now 184/184.

@Andy I think that's the route I'd tend towards too - emails have more privacy, but less accountability, given that only two or three people on the Charcoal end would ever see them.

Well... I tried it for about a day, and counted 25 low-rep users asking OT questions here, @John. That's still too high - over double the legit traffic -and given the rate at which people are still reading those damned inbox notifications it's likely to remain high for the foreseeable future.
