I hate debugging massive TSQL procedures
I had to write another 250+ line TSQL procedure with some of the most complicated SQL I've done yet and had to debug it
very carefully

Why are some URLs listed as 'bad keyword' not 'blacklisted website'? Is this because blacklist-website is new?

@Henders Bad keywords are keywords
sometimes people use bad keywords in URLs
So if I blacklist the keyword testoboosteralphax and then a spamming dipshit comes along and spams testoboosteralphaxreviews.in or something like this it'll be caught all the same

Hello!

@ArtOfCode I'm trying to make that change to MS I talked about ages ago: adding 'Feedbacks today' metric (My first venture into Ruby on Rails). If I just run the app on localhost, can I use that to check if my change is working before I make a PR? Are there many prerequisites?

@Henders You should be in the MS directory

Ah
@NobodyNada It seemed to bundle alright. But when I do this it fails:

rails aborted!
Bundler::GemRequireError: There was an error while trying to load the gem 'uglifier'.

...does it say what the error is?

9:23 PM
Gem Load Error is: Could not find a JavaScript runtime. See github.com/rails/execjs for a list of available runtimes.
I think :P

Google seems to suggest you can fix it with sudo apt-get install nodejs

Yeah just found that too.. I'll give it a go. Thanks, i'm getting close I hope :P

I get 'You have 135 pending migrations:' now. I think maybe I need to migrate? When I start the rails server and visit the URL it gives me a 'pending migrations error'.
More specifcally:
ActiveRecord::PendingMigrationError
So if I run this:
andy@ubuntu-box:~/metasmoke$ rails db:migrate
rails aborted!
ArgumentError: Unknown migration version "4.1"; expected one of "4.2", "5.0", "5.1"
Close! But no cigar

hmm...what version of Rails are you running?

Rails 5.1.1
Which should mean it's 5.1, right? :P bah

hmm, seems Rails 5 doesn't support migrations from version 4.1
@Undo @Art Should this and this be 4.2 instead of 4.1? Seems rails doesn't like 4.1 as a version

bundle install fetched 5.1.1 so I hope I didn't do anything wrong :P

np :)

^ That became a bit of an oscar speech :P

10:12 PM
@NobodyNada I doubt it, because those were autogenerated at the time. That's what db:schema:load is for, so you don't have to run migrations from zero
5.1.1 is current
@Henders yeah, so you need rails db:schema:load not migrate
followed by rails db:seed

Ah, thanks
