@Speedcat The community bot does not vote on questions or answers. Only the user who downvoted can reverse the vote. There is nothing mods can do.

@Speedcat I handled your flag - and pretty much that. The 'bot' is actually the review queue autocomment created depending on what option the reviewer took
its unrelated to voting, and is meant to be feedback

Its not against the rules as written, but in a sense its not in line with the rules as intended
and people get crochety

I saw that the user with the most reputations on Superuser was suspended for plagiarism. Is it possible to know what question(s) led to his suspension?

(I was just passing through, but as a rule of thumb- the only info you will get on a suspension as a regular user of the network is the reason noted on the user's page)
