Hi. I have only been visiting EL&U for a few weeks. I have turned up today to see what happens here and if there is anything useful I can do.

Well, not much happens. If you would like to write something for the blog, that would be good

@tunny is there somethin gyou'd like to blog about for EL&U?

@Matt. There is little point in a new member writing anything about site etiquette, best practice, taboos, recommendations, etc - I am still learning myself. Do you want/need anything about points of grammar? I have written a little in the past on verb tenses and aspects.

@MattЭллен . OK. I'll have a look at what's been written already, and see if I can think of anything useful I could do. How should I get my suggestions to you? I don't want to write on things that may not be wanted.
