what should I do as money wise and time wise it is impossible

I only 2 weeks away from 2 yrs at the company

while the HR is here i wanna tell them that it is unsuitable

got a question, we been told we are changing location next week, so it is gonna be 3 hrs instead of 2 hours journey for me each way.

@motosubatsu that is what I am doing, I wrote a email full of my concern and deleted it, feels light.

but also in a unoffical news redundacy is high time in our company and they are letting go of major hired ppl by previous management

My concern to email is to show that his attitude was not right and it hinder development and sharing ideas

@motosubatsu Is it right that your manager was rude to you? Of course not. But principles won't pay the bills whereas pragmatism might

to me about it, so does other. management is very very toxic.

as for my current manager, we were under my skip manager but now he is my manager and asking him for help has been very painful, especially yesterday when I was talking he was proper fustarted like I am kid who will break the website, 98% I am autonomus , the toxicity is so much that one senior girl dev called to ask me a acrynom for something in dev, she talked me to only once before, there r huge ppl leaving coz of toxic culture, can confirm that as a person I know for 1 yr use to talk

and he in hi scarsm tone said 'did I say that?' like I was lying, so after 1 hour the HR decided theat a new PIP would be in place for 3 months and 1 yr of performance and during that time if not satisfied than termination

@motosubatsu not escaped, we had a discussion with HR as well. where everything was discussed and I was so fustrated by the fact my skip manager was sheding negative light on me, like why would u wanna keep someone who cause more issue on website than fix? I told that I was told by skip manager 'if u were in live services business u would survive 1 week etc'

@motosubatsu Morning, is it good idea to fire a concern email to my manager, he was really rude yesterdy. concern showing his way of speaking to me was really bad. I couldn't rest last night as if I am so dumb that he wanna keep me on team just to bash me around

today I asked for GP appointment time, the manage told me to email, so I did, he replied that we should know before time, as the workload is a lot etc. there are times wen you cannot so make appointment out of hours

@motosubatsu sorry the message got lost in stack of notification. They didn't. Actually I did that "so let the PIP run naturally if they let it". funny thing is the PIP got converted into ill health capacity thing now. and that is it. no nothing. all PIP point dropped

@motosubatsu I called acas, they said if they dimiss you, you might go to employeement tribunal but before 2 yrs you have less rights

Hello, I am kind of stuck in a postion where I don't know if I should bring in the HR on this, today in meeting while presenting the CTO gave remarks "wasted 2 hours" when I told them what I was doing. this isn't the first time. Last november my previous manager was having conference with me and said "Do you think we are fools?" This has caused me a lot of stress and a lot of anxiety

there r many example, I have ADHD and it get triggered and has affected my work a lot due to health and stress

Hi, I been on PIP for almost a month and got sick twice. I can feel the PIP is taking huge toll on me in respect to delivery of work, performance (of course) and health. I want to take out remaining holiday to take rest and search for new work (as PIP has been going bad)
