@lemon The very very short version is that SE has been stepping on a lot of people's nerves, unexpectedly de-modded a well respected mod for reasons no one is really sure about, and has now fired the two most well known and respected community managers. Those are the highlights anyway.

Listening on cheap $25 headphones I did feel a bit put off balance by the panning of the hat near the beginning, but maybe that was the intended effect?

the lead synth sound reminded me a little of the soundtrack to celeste

Though you're right pings won't be highlighted as a reply when hovering over the last message of a user before that user was pinged, if that's what you meant.

I mean, even replies only highlight a maximum of two messages, the message its replying to, and the message replying to it
