The Frying Pan

Sometimes hot, always heavy. (cooking.stackexchange.com)

Eh, I'll manage. Desert rat and all.
Jul 2, 2015 16:55
@rumtscho Man, I guess! It's usually like 110 here during the summer, but we're heading into monsoon season
Jul 2, 2015 16:37
and it's actually warmer there than here for once (though only for another hour or so)
Jul 2, 2015 16:36
take it with ice cream!
Jul 2, 2015 15:55
if you're cutting it off cuz he's a douche, it's a lot easier :)
Jul 2, 2015 15:54
It's always rough to tell someone you're not interested because of a characteristic out of their control though
Jul 2, 2015 15:52
Yeouch
Jul 2, 2015 15:49
@rumtscho I'm actually changing gears and getting out of wholesale
Jul 2, 2015 15:45
@rumtscho Good here. Some good changes on the way
Jul 2, 2015 15:17
I can't tell if hownowbrowncow is just a troll or not

It seems like a lot of times people will just post a much longer version of an existing answer without really adding relevant info.
Mar 28, 2015 18:38
The recent one on curing vs fermenting.
Mar 28, 2015 18:37
much better!
Mar 28, 2015 18:37
lol, it's a trend for me, isn't it?
Mar 28, 2015 18:35
Sometimes answering trends on this site kind of annoy me
Mar 28, 2015 18:33
good luck
Mar 28, 2015 18:30
oh wow, no weird lighting change or anything?
Mar 28, 2015 18:19
here where?
Mar 28, 2015 18:16
Yeah. I wonder if the reverse is true? Like all the gay owned restaurants, florist shops, contractors, etc can be like "Oooh, I see you've got a crucifix up. Sorry, can't do, won't do."
Mar 28, 2015 18:08
Yeah, it seems like it. You can see Russia from your backyard, etc...
Mar 28, 2015 18:08
I like cross country skiing and stuff
Mar 28, 2015 18:08
Yeah, Arizona was never a permanent thing, I really hate winter though. I think I largely hated it because Nebraska's winter was so sporadic, you couldn't really get into it.
Mar 28, 2015 18:07
sadly, with the gay marriage thing, then you get all these states trying to make discrimination legal on religious grounds
Mar 28, 2015 18:06
There has actually been discussion of moving to Alaska
Mar 28, 2015 17:52
no, I don't think so
Mar 28, 2015 17:29
Hmm, maybe she funded the one here too?
Mar 28, 2015 17:23
I did have a system worked out with roommates once. Peppermint tins were for weed, spearmint tins were for electronics.
Mar 28, 2015 17:23
Makers are everywhere...
Mar 28, 2015 17:21
I know that feeling, but because I always use them for electronics stuff.
Mar 28, 2015 17:21
Lol!
Mar 28, 2015 17:20
well, 15 years later... it's paying off!
Mar 28, 2015 17:15
I'll check :)
Mar 28, 2015 17:14
That'd be some resume padding
Mar 28, 2015 17:14
drat!
Mar 28, 2015 17:13
ours was like a machine shop that had been converted, so there were all these little corridors and side rooms. I think there were close to 1000 plants
Mar 28, 2015 17:13
oh, nice
Mar 28, 2015 17:10
our kitchen was in an enormous grow house. It was like being in a weed sauna.
Mar 28, 2015 17:09
I think here there's a personal limit like that, but you can have like cooperative grows that can be pretty huge.
Mar 28, 2015 17:09
Oh, wow.
Mar 28, 2015 17:07
If your grow gives you consistent stuff, you should be able to fairly easily
Mar 28, 2015 17:02
like, no lasting side effects or anything, and the whole time I was like "YOU CAN'T DIE FROM POT! YOU'LL BE FINE!" but it was pretty horrible
Mar 28, 2015 17:02
I had an OD from working in the kitchen. I've kind of avoided pot since.
Mar 28, 2015 17:01
I'm guessing those involve the alcohol extracts? Yeah, you can do a lot if you get oil extractors or some of the more expensive equipment, because you can minimize the flavor a lot more. It's super expensive though
Mar 28, 2015 16:57
yeah, a THC overdose is noooo fun though
Mar 28, 2015 16:55
oh yikes
Mar 28, 2015 16:55
Once decarbed, I dissolved it into the fats for our bases
Mar 28, 2015 16:54
I know a lot of folks who do it that way, but the pros swore by decarbing first. (And it uh... certainly seemed much more potent that way)
Mar 28, 2015 16:53
Nice! (the group, not the loss)
Mar 28, 2015 16:53
it's been like a year, and oddly I don't remember it too clearly ...
