I'd suggest asking your questions on boardgames, if you don't get the answers then propose something. BG actually covers a lot more than the name implies, they cover tabletop/card and dice games too
Board and Card Games For people who like playing board games, designing board games or modifying the rules of existing board games. Card games, too, because some games really can be classified as both.
@overactor you beat me to it - I was going to ask how many of the proposed questions would be on topic/welcomed here. I'm not a very active member so I wouldn't like to judge but my observation is there's much more emphasis on rules for existing games
