Can someone tell me why I got banned with no warning thank you

Gentleman I'm using vmware player to run Linux. Everything went okay until I fiddled with cpio command and it froze up. I restarted virtual machine and I get Grub loader. I can't exit it, can't quit, and don't know the Kernel path . Is there a way to skip that? thanks

@Chopp I did search it but wasn't able to find it. Anyhow since I notice chat is used differently from the q&a format I'll excuse myself.

Any tips on how to get grub to quit ?

I'm using Windows 7 , and I have Fedora 12 installed using iso

I'm stuck guys, using vmware grub can't quit, i don't know how to get the kernel path
