@Quirijn Could you please elaborate a little. I wanted to know if they can be moved to File system than DB. Serializing image and placing into DB will take some serious space in DB I suppose.

Got answer... binary files are getting saved to DB only..

for example I have an image which I uploaded to Tridion CME. I would like to know where this files I uploaded get saved in.

I believe it goes to file system of the server where CME runs. But I just wanted to confirm the behaviour.
