@VladimirFГероямслава You can book tickets going further than you actually need. Furthermore, you should in general always book the return trip separately so you can get a refund in case you don’t intend to use it.

@wimi It’s only an issue if you have no choice. If you’re given the option to conclude an additional agreement for digital communications, it ain’t that big of a deal.

@NateEldredge You’re right. Đ€u₸$¢𐆙€ ฿a𐆙₦ looks legit. 😉

@jcaron They are? No. I mean if you purchase the ticket with a Bahn Card discount the ticket is tied to the Bahn Card holder as passenger, but otherwise if you “pay the full price” there is no such requirement. Yet.

@nvoigt § 536 BGB concerns abatement of the rent. As far as I understand Koji does not intend to pay less rent. If he wanted to, any contractual clause contradicting § 536 Ⅰ – Ⅲ BGB would be ineffective, that is what § 536 Ⅳ says. Yet Koji apparently wants to simply not be obligated to maintain provided equipment.

@nvoigt Could you corroborate that claim? Which rule is ius cogens and why?

@nvoigt I do not read a quote of the law. The German law is written in German. The only German word in your answer post is möbliert. Performing a full text search I only find § 42a SGB Ⅻ which is completely irrelevant here. Hence your answer does not quote any pertinent law, much less cite any legal norm.

The employer is dumb: A happy employee is an efficient employee. Do you like the way you’re living? Yes? Then there is no need for change. No? The employer could offer assistance in finding accommodation, clothes, or make the cafeteria’s menu/pricing policy more appealing to you. It’s pretty fucked up that the employer self-righteously tries imposing any rules without even consulting your own opinion.

@joe Most Germany’s states’ police laws recognize Gefahrengebiete. Simply being at a certain place is sufficient reason for stop and frisk.
