Hello Guys, I am looking for some guidance in accessing a DB Service running inside Ubuntu Server on Azure Cloud Environment.

Basically, I have a MongoDB service running inside Ubuntu Server in Azure Cloud Environment. To access the DB, i login to the server using SSH via its Public IP Address and then do "mongo shell" to access the DB console. The database service is running as localhost. I have a GUI application for accessing the DB directly but I believe that I need to set some ssh tunnel to access the DB Service. Any pointers here would be helpful.

@Rinzwind, for example from the actual host (172.16.xxx.xxx) I access the ubuntu machine via putty (127.0.0.1:2222) when this connection is active. Can we create a tunnel so that from Host2, they can access the Ubuntu Box?

It says that the key has to be available in the Ubuntu Keyserver.. And the key has been send to the Keyserver already.. And now it is more than 3 hours.. But still getting the same error message

@Seth thank you.. He is not sure whether he is using NAT.. But he is able to login into his router settings accessing 192.168.1.1

A quick question, if someone has a better idea.. I wanted to access (ssh into) my colleagues machine (ubuntu) over internet for troubleshooting an issue.. He is connected to a broadband connection and i am connected to a broadband connection.. Is there a possibility here to ssh into his machine?

Just stuck at the environment part.. If the hostname starts from ^agent then development environment should be assigned or if the hostname starts from ^test then testing environment or if ^prod then production environment should be assigned..
