This is quite easy easy to answer. "Orcs" if we define them as the fictional entities described in Tolkien do not exist. If we understand Orcs to be the mythical creatures that Tolkien drew his ideas from, there may well be some definition for which we can say they "exist". "God" on the other hand I could define as the author of the Holy books and attempt to prove his "existence" from the supernatural nature of those books.

My point is mainly that I can and do provide clarity over specific claims when making them. And Orcs and God are different in the same way as phlogiston and oxygen are
