After cloning the Linux partitions on the new drive you have to repair the Linux grub bootloader. It's done through a live Ubuntu USB by installing boot-repair. You need to clone only the Linux partitions on the new drive. The bootloader always remains on the main drive. Windows can not run from a usb drive.

Use Rufus and set to MBR and fat32.

Use the Windows 10 USB to repair the boot. After that you have to use the Linux USB to repair the Linux installation. If you fail to repair windows, you will still need to repair Linux, because that will kill the Linux bootloader.

You are probably using NTFS for the usb instead of fat32 on a uefi enabled system and you have not disabled secure boot in the BIOS.

Updating to the latest Windows like the others suggested is the last option left.

It looks like the OS is the only thing that has a problem.

I recommend changing the firmware to DD-WRT or at least updating to the latest TP link firmware.

I have the same router, but I use DD-WRT as firmware instead of TP-Link

What is your router model?

Do you have an option to restart the router? It should be somewhere in the menu of the router.

Did you change the channel to channel 2 instead of automatic?

Also only use 2.4GHz if necessary.

Are you sure that this is not a router problem, if I had to guess I would say the router changes the channel or you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz enabled. Can you please change the router from automatic channel selection to channel 2 for example.

Try using this filehippo.com/download_slimdrivers to update the WiFi Driver. Try connectin an ethernet cable to your computer and see if it works ok. Are you using torrents by any chance?

Its recommended to use the docking station internet cable instead of the wifi or laptop cable. This may increase your speed.

Thats a Windows 10 problem, as long as your internet works, don't care for it. Maybe you are using a docking station also.
