states that you should shoot faster than f4

cause i shot best images @ f11. so it was made slow for i am guessing being able to get the moon in focus

so new toy for shooting the sky, im ok with that... and can practice with my kit for now

yeh, but from what i read the only way to get a nice shot with somethign other than the moon in it is from post, using 2 images.

how do you get a background to the moon?

all last week we had huge moons nightly. so saturdat i got out and took some shots. then Sunday no moon at all so im waiting for my next chance now

what lens do you shoot moon/ stars with?

yeh so my first 10 or 20 shots at 7-10 sec. were all junk
