A stirge would probably fit the criteria, though you'd be attached to rather than inside of the host. It doesn't specifically say it occupies the same space but it seems reasonable it would based on the text.

You also brought up State Legislatures and American suburbs so you were talking about the US... but keep moving those goal posts.

@JustinThymetheSecond The Question is about the US... what are you talking about? I have no clue what the OP has in mind other than what is stated in the question we are talking about. Ask them if you want that answer.

@JustinThymetheSecond Okay, we were talking about the US not Canada. I said nothing about being charged with anything just using Holstered/drawn as an example to state that loaded means bullets loaded into the gun. The guns were not restricted in your example.

@JustinThymetheSecond I was on a different thread up above. Loaded has a meaning, carrying a gun and ammo without that ammo being loaded into the gun means the gun is not loaded. You said it was on their belts not that they were actively loading the gun. If I have a gun in a holster and I also have functioning hands do you consider the gun to be drawn aswell?

uhhh... if I have a gun which has no bullets in it but I have bullets on my person the gun, despite what certain video games would have you believe, does not magically teleport those bullets into itself.

@JustinThymetheSecond I didn't say that... thucydides did... and he is correct in most cases. The 'bad guys' might have more guns but the police have more firepower.

@JustinThymetheSecond Not sure what this has to do with what I was saying, however, those were almost certainly not loaded and yeah vocal minority. Literally no one I have ever met in my life has stormed a government building with a firearm. You do realize sensationalized news articles are not the norm for people right?

@Trish The U.S. hasn't declared war since 1942. There have been a whole lot of military responses between then and now.
