I would very much prefer a flag about duplicate answers, which we now flag as NAA but are not actually NAA.

@NotTheDr01ds Yes, though, as you say, NAA covers this case. IMO, even if VLQ was to be removed, we would hardly notice it.

@stumblebee This was formerly the VLQ (very low quality) flag, which is actually hardly ever used (I have only used that a handful of times, and, to be honest, I am still not certain when it should be used).

@stumblebee This is a recent change to the flagging dialog. NAA is now "deleted for not answering the question".

@NotTheDr01ds It looks like the spam situation is getting out of hand... Not that we have much participation, but having the room almost constantly flooded with spam reports does not help. I think that we should have Smokey disabled in here, at least until spam returns to a manageable level.
