Who is going to get the flak if these 'big projects' aren't delivered? You or someone who walked out?

You should also treat this kind of answer as a warning that you're trying to pin down some minor detail, and the SME thinks that you are missing some fundamental requirements and you may need to review the overall design.

How should people "deliver faster with less bug." ? Does the boss think they are wasting time, or want them to work extra hours?

If your manager doesn't care about the delay, it's probably not important. Does it matter to you?

Another reason for the relatively poor locks is that it's hard to make any money from a stolen plane. They're expensive, but the market is small and highly regulated.

@Lio - this refers to health insurance, which is expensive and provided as a benefit by the employer in the US

Is the problem your manager or your co-worker? Can either of them approve the requests?

@Separatrix - An EV gets about 3 miles from 1kWh, you could fit about 1kW of panels on a van, and 1000-2000 hours of sunlight per year, so 3-6,000miles per year

@Kilisi - I could imagine an EV-riding community appearing around an old wind-farm too, or a hydro-electric dam.

"For some reason, the nobles kept equating bloodline with skill in battle." I think it's more that they fear an army not run by nobles might be tempted to take over.

You could try working in a meeting room before anyone else needs it.

@stripybadger, yes RC models typically do all sorts of things the full size cannot do. It's common for a 'Cub' model to have an almost vertical climb, far higher than scale top speed. They're also typically much stronger than scale, with unrealistically high G-limits and the ability to survive tipping over on landing or being picked up and carried by the rear fuselage. Smaller models need to handle regular 'cartwheel' landings and other abuse. OTOH flight times are usually much shorter.

This answer concentrates on the loss of knowledge and experience, which will be very dependant on the nature of the catastrophe. Industries and governments would react within a few weeks to create backups and protect. After 10 years, I would expect the measures taken to cope with the problem would be more noticeable than the problem itself. (e.g. cities moved to high ground, or underground, or everyone wears zombie-proof armour)

Can they use barrage balloons to discourage low level bombing? Or does that count as air defence?

It's important that the test is only used to weed out (and deter) frauds. Don't use minor differences in scores to choose between good candidates, as a short test is always going to be crude and their personality is more important.
