what do you mean "where is error" it just reported memory adress of bad sector. But I google a bit about this problem, and someone told that this could be because of dust in connectors so I will try tomorrow to clean my PC and see what happend

yes, I was holding all that keys you mentioned. When I pressed ctrl+alt+f1 I was taken to root but I didn't know how to switch back to desktop so I rebooted PC. skype is not set on auto-start.
