14479305 is there four times in input but in output three times. 13222989 is two times both in input and output file.

@Kusalananda So all duplicate records by 1, 3 and 4 fields.

Plus first two records in input file are same.

To get all duplicate records or only first duplicate record because the output file given by OP isn't clear.
