My PI/advisor always asks me to create a general outline of the paper first. For example, what sections will your paper have? What will be the title of each section? You can then start to fill in those sections one-by-one. You can always go back and make changes but having a general outline is a good start.
See one of the comments to this question that claims that the question is from an ongoing external quiz. If I understand correctly from this page, the quiz runs until March 18th.
@user64742 I think it is easy to deal with questions you think maybe spam. I usually look up approach0 and report questions as duplicates if I find matches. Otherwise, it is reasonable to flag questions if the OP does not present any work.
@amWhy I had already flagged it as 'not an answer' before reporting it here. I hope the answer-er rewrites their answer as a comment before it is deleted altogether (if the flag is approved)
