If you run a wp db import on top of an existing database, does it drop/replace the tables?

So I think those parameters just prevent the CLI from scanning through the files, correct? WordPress till loads those if they're specified in the database, right?

Disabled all plugins and set default theme, and now it's running.

@TomJNowell You're right. Problem was related to PHP Error of some kind.
