"blue state politicians red state politicians" at the federal level, it is all kabuki theater with taxes and politicians funneling money to their "pet projects". If this were not the case, every time red state politicians had control of congress and presidency, government EXPENDITURES would drastically drop. This does not happen. It's a BIG club, and YOU ain't in it.

So I do not have a 4th amendment right "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated" This is considered reasonable?

@Flater Credit card issuers can issue a chargeback without card holder initiation. They can deny charges, cancel a credit card due to fraud before card holder is even aware. I know, as I have had card issuers call me, ask if I was every in such and such, are these charges mine, I say no, they cancelled card and issued new one. Before I even knew of a problem.

There are companies whose bonuses are almost 50% of salary. If they are likely to balk at a raise, suggest a bonus of 25% for going above and beyond.

I would ask a particular pesky coworker why they are not able to complete tasks during assigned working hours? You believe they are working overtime...how do you know they are not slacking during regular hours and then doing work when they want.

@Peter-ReinstateMonica So even if one had money to pay a healthy adult for a kidney, and that person would want to enter into a voluntary contract to give up said kidney, the state uses it authority of violence to squash this form of Voluntarism.

lower courts did convict MLK of illegal boycott. e.g. OP question was on legal means. There may be civil disobedience means also available, such as bus boycotts.

@MartinBonner That is what I was curious about. Does advising your father during trial considered practicing law? He could go to library and copy statutes for his father and this is not "practicing law".

Wouldn't "practice law" require remuneration, i.e. a practice or occupation. i.e. How does Maryland define "the practice of law"?

@AzorAhai Because chartered corporations are given special privileges by the "crown". So yes, public companies do not have the same "rights" as individuals.

When one develops for an aircraft, the procedures and the amount of effort spent on ensuring the correctness of a system will be far higher than developing for a Mom and Pop pizzeria. i.e. Don't overengineer! Not technical debt, not bad programming, simple, don't overengineer and make your customer pay for what they do not need or want.
