Is it a good idea to post a new question when you want to have discussion on updates on old questions(With old answers)? Or is there any way to bring attention to old question? For example, I want to ask recent updates bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/3111/…?

bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/57168/44760. What do you think about this? The more I think about this, I think PoW is more related to fair currency distribution, and nothing related to double-spend. Double-spend is just a consequence.
